Aerogel thermal insulation coating is a thermal insulation coating with excellent thermal insulation performance that can withstand 200 ℃, which is prepared by compounding SiO2 aerogel powder with nano-pore structure and inorganic binder system. The paint presents a viscous paste, and the viscosity can be adjusted.

The unique formula design of the aerogel thermal insulation coating, the aerogel powder is perfectly combined with the high temperature resistant water-based resin and filler, which maximizes the retention of the aerogel nanoporous structure and excellent thermal insulation performance, and has excellent high temperature resistance. Low temperature, flame retardant/fireproof, easy construction, energy saving and environmental protection. It can be directly used on the interior and exterior walls of buildings, industrial storage tanks, reaction equipment, pipelines, new energy vehicle parts and other surfaces to provide thermal protection for them. It is prepared in the agent and has excellent thermal insulation performance.

It is mainly used in industrial high-temperature pipelines and equipment, and is suitable for thermal insulation of special-shaped parts such as valves and flanges and special-shaped equipment, caulking or adhesive in high temperature fields, and aerogel thermal insulation and bonding purposes. It can be compounded with other water-based system coatings.
